we were visiting to see rocca maggiore, which was 10-minute walk from the property. a wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like ristorante metastasio that was only 5 minutes' walk away. a tub and a shower were available there.

Amazing base for trip in Assisi. Room had its own sunny patio. It truly was a wonderful experience. There was a public parking if one needed it;))
